In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the lele4d Platform is strictly limited to persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of lele4d, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by lele4d or any recognized gambling treatment body.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person.

lele4d reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria above have not been, or are no longer being, met.

To access the betting and gaming services offered by lele4d, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your Account:

• One Account Policy: Each Player may register only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. You are obligated to keep your registered details current and to notify lele4d promptly of any changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. lele4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify lele4d immediately at support@lele4d.cam if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• KYC Verification: lele4d may require you to complete KYC verification at any time, including prior to processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

All financial transactions on lele4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

4.1 Deposits

• lele4d accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• lele4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within a few minutes of confirma tion. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, please contact customer support.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply, as displayed in the Cashier section.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Your first withdrawal will not be processed until identity documents have been reviewed and approved.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all bonus conditions may be withdrawn.
• lele4d processes withdrawal requests within 24–48 hours (business days). Actual receipt time depends on your payment provider and may take up to 5 business days for bank transfers.
• lele4d reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All balances are held and displayed in IDR (Rp). lele4d does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees. Any such fees will be deducted by your bank or e-wallet provider and are outside lele4d's control.

lele4d periodically offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other incentives to registered Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Opt-In Requirement: Some promotions require the Player to opt in before the bonus is credited. Check the specific promotion terms carefully.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "20x wagering"). You must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times on eligible games before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10–20%) or not at all. Refer to individual promotion terms for details.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of issue). Unused or unwagered bonuses will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Maximum Bet Limits: When playing with bonus funds, maximum bet limits may apply (e.g., Rp 50,000 per spin or per bet). Bets exceeding the stated limit will void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw before completion will forfeit the remaining bonus balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing a previous one may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse & Fraud: lele4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where it determines that a Player has abused a promotion or engaged in fraudulent activity (e.g., creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times).

All bets placed on the lele4d Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules governing each individual game or sport:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by the lele4d system and a unique bet ID is displayed. If a technical error prevents confirmation, the bet shall be deemed void.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market has minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by game type, market, and Player account status.
• Settlement & Payouts: Winning bets are settled and credited to the Player's Account in accordance with the official result of the relevant event or game. lele4d's decision on settlement is final unless a clear error can be demonstrated.
• Voided Bets: lele4d reserves the right to void bets in the event of: (i) obvious technical or pricing errors; (ii) manipulation or match-fixing; (iii) event cancellations or postponements beyond the specified grace period; or (iv) any circumstance where the integrity or fairness of the bet is compromised.
• Live Betting: Odds and availability for live in-play betting markets are updated continuously based on real-time event data. Due to transmission delays, bets placed after the relevant incident (e.g., a goal or point scored) may be voided at lele4d's discretion.
• Game Rules: Specific rules for sports betting, casino games, togel (lottery), slots, and live dealer games are published in the "Game Rules" section accessible from your Account dashboard. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.

Sports Betting: Bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and all other football (soccer) markets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time), unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count toward bet settlement unless explicitly included in the market definition.

Casino & Slots: All slot games and casino games on lele4d are powered by certified third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, etc.). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the game studios and are independently audited. lele4d does not influence game outcomes — all results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer physical equipment.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lele4d Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Underage Gambling: Persons under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering or placing bets. lele4d will close any Account found to belong to a minor and will forfeit all balances.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen or fraudulent payment methods; providing false identity documents; or engaging in any form of deception or misrepresentation.
• Collusion & Cheating: Colluding with other Players, using bots or automated betting software, exploiting software bugs or errors, or engaging in any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional offers; or otherwise violating the spirit and intent of any promotion.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith. lele4d reserves the right to suspend Accounts and pursue legal remedies in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing lele4d staff, other Players, or third-party service providers via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

All content displayed on the lele4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and audiovisual materials — is the property of lele4d, its licensors, or third-party content providers, and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from lele4d.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code used to operate the Platform.
• Use the lele4d name, logo, trademarks, or other branding elements without express written permission.
• Frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate the Platform into any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorized use of lele4d's intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your Account and legal action to protect our rights.

lele4d respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and industry best practices. Our collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an Account on lele4d, you acknowledge and consent to:

• The collection of personal information necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity (KYC), and comply with legal obligations.
• The use of your data to provide customer support, communicate promotional offers (where you have opted in), and improve the overall Platform experience.
• The sharing of your data with trusted third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios) to the extent necessary to deliver services to you.
• The retention of your data for the period required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and financial record-keeping regulations, typically 5–7 years from the date of your last transaction.

lele4d provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lele4d disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

lele4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any interruptions, delays, or technical failures.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content, odds, or game results displayed on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider failures, delays, or errors.
• Any action taken by lele4d in accordance with these Terms, including Account suspension or termination.

In no event shall lele4d's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower.

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your lele4d Account at any time by contacting customer support at support@lele4d.cam. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

11.2 Termination or Suspension by lele4d

lele4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unlawful activity.
• You fail to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• You engage in abusive behavior toward lele4d staff or other Players.
• Your Account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months or more).

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account:

• All active bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• Real-money balances that are not subject to dispute will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification.
• Bonus funds, loyalty points, and any other promotional credits will be forfeited immediately.
• You will lose access to all Account features, including transaction history and game records.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lele4d holds its international gaming license. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Indonesian law may also apply in relation to matters affecting Indonesian residents.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved as follows:

• Internal Dispute Resolution: You agree to first contact lele4d customer support at support@lele4d.cam to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. lele4d will investigate and respond to your complaint within 14 business days.
• Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service recognized by the gaming industry. Details of available ADR services are available upon request.
• Arbitration: Where ADR does not result in a satisfactory resolution, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from your use of the lele4d Platform must be commenced within one (1) year of the date on which the cause of action arose, or such claim shall be permanently barred.

lele4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform unless otherwise stated.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the lele4d Platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
